ABS-CBN News Channel presents forum on charter change

ANC, the ABS-CBN News Channel will hold a forum on Charter Change on Tuesday (August 9) at 7pm to be hosted by Lynda Jumilla.

Christian Monsod, a member of the 1986 Philippine Constitutional Commission, former senator Nene Pimentel, Sen. Richard Gordon, Rep. Albee Benitez, and political analyst Edmund Tayao, among others will join Jumilla tomorrow to discuss the different issues surrounding the proposed amendment of the Philippine Constitution.

Talks about charter change has been revived by no less than President Rodrigo Duterte including it as one of his priorities in his administration. While the President enjoys immense popularity early in his term, a recent Pulse Asia survey showed that that 44% of Filipinos do not want charter change and 19% are undecided.
