GMA-7 and Philippine Daily Inquirer to host the first Comelec Debate

Binay, Defensor-Santiago, Duterte, Poe, Roxas. All five Presidential hopefuls have confirmed their attendance at the first Comelec Debate to air live on GMA Network on February 21.

The initial leg of the highly anticipated Comelec Debate series, entitled "Pilipinas Debates 2016," is being mounted by GMA Network and the Philippine Daily Inquirer in Cagayan de Oro's Capitol University.

This will be the first time all five Presidentiables will face one another in a debate or forum. The candidates will battle it out in four separate rounds, discussing matters ranging from poverty and development to their performance and track record.

Binay, Defensor-Santiago, Duterte, Poe, Roxas. All five Presidential hopefuls have confirmed their attendance at the first Comelec Debate to air live on GMA Network on February 21.

The initial leg of the highly anticipated Comelec Debate series, entitled "Pilipinas Debates 2016," is being mounted by GMA Network and the Philippine Daily Inquirer in Cagayan de Oro's Capitol University.

Moderating the debate are award-winning GMA anchors Mike Enriquez and Jessica Soho along with John Nery of the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

The groundbreaking debate will air live on GMA from 5 to 7 PM on February 21.
